Perodua Alza

Oh crap, very small (imagining viva and add some more space at behind) and you will know how big Alza is.56k seems a lot of bargains but not much from the baseline prices and it is 1.5l engine, pessimists on its capability.

But to me, except we do something of our National Automotive Policy, there would not be a win situation for buyers, only for national car makers. Shall buy or not? It depends on your budget, and suitability of your choices, but if asking to me, it was not worth of buying.

Football talks

It is good when finally i have time and weather was also fine yesterday for letting me playing futsal again after quite long time. But yet, have a lot of practising needed to be back at level where i played, which at end before went for sleep, i felt swallow on my ankle and backpain. Maybe it was from PK practising shoot. Yeah,i was on the lowest scores for the PK, nonetheless i only lacking was the precision to shoot lower on the ground rather than flying over the goal. The ball speed was extraordinary and my shootings never went missing away from goal, only few inches going ahead of the goal. My foot reflex was also very awful looking back i have been better than that, but when thinking of this was only my first outing after few months back have not played, i have to patience, will be back with my level best.

And....
FAM rues talents domestically and across the sea
So talk about football, Malaysia have vast of talents but the blatant ignorant of our Football Association in doing their works( MACC can you interrogate them what are they doing by coming into office everydays?) have let go them wastingly.

RM500 for PLASTIC chair at our National Stadium Bukit Jalil
Is this for real? I never know that seat for stadium has to be very specials and the price as well, though i know it would not come cheaply but i highly doubt that it would come with a price of special seats of Recaro for likes of European teams that install them for their seats on bench. If you are an avid football fans, just look at their bench like the Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Man Utd. It was a leather seats like no other racing seats. So,get my point here?

Obnoxious Kelantanese Fans
I am not discriminate but obviously who else that make Kelantan stellar performances if not one, from their supportively management and fanatics fans(i was not very sure of this, sorry since i could not find proper words to describe it) that acting obnoxiously especially when they lost? I maybe wrong to point finger to them, since i can be there, wear Kelantan jersey and burning up all banners and buntings when my lovely team lost, what for? It does not make sense isnt it?
Fanatics i regard as always be there to your team that you supporting,no matter what happens. If this thing happens to Kelantan when they were doldrums and still have stadium-goers,i will raise my hat to them.

2010 Budget Wishlists

The 2010 budget would be lies on government's concern towards prudent expenditures to reduce the deficits increasingly each year while at the same would not be neglecting commitments on spurring our economic growth.

The budget strategy should not be relying only to private sectors and participation of GLCs to stimulate the economy but instead it should be based on People(rakyat).

My point is very straightforward though that if we be able to enlighten all the commoners that comprises more than half of 26millions populations in Malaysia, it could possibly push our economy ahead.

Economicians and expertise says that Malaysia still not prepared yet to introduce a new system of tax that would only be channeled back the burden to user, which it would not help to stimulate our economics.

The option left to Government is efficiency in controlling expenditures in each of its department so the case wasting taxpayers money in buying some item with excorbitant prices like revealed two days ago by Auditor General. Instead, personal and corporate income tax should be allowed to reduce its rate this year for short term moves to push more spending amongst Malaysians in a plight of our economy expansion.

Some would say to compensate this, we need to introduce the GST(goods and services tax) or VAT(value-added tax), i would half-hearted agreed if only it would not effecting middle and lower income. GST should only be applied to imported goods & services that usually consumed by wealthy people or it would only oppress the wrongly target earners like Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs).

Again, to me it is all depends on how well Government can curb their habitual in paying for extravagant prices that normally you can get really much cheaper in market. Example you'd be wondering what is happening to Government if they procured two Acer laptops(Acer Aspire5052) at whopping prices at RM84k or to be exact RM84,640. Or the case of filling up full tanks in one government's official car twice in a minute gap?Wonder where all of our taxpayers money gone easily? These are just plenty of misused taxpayers money by Government since the day i was having my university internships 3 years back, but no action taken still. Rather to impose new tax systems, i would call upon strict enforcement over tax collection by strengthen the implementation of collecting sales and services tax.

Most likely in the budget too, increasing the 'sins' and 'luxury' is one of options to help Government raised their revenues. Increasing the tax on cigar could curb the habit of smoking and adult smokers which in turn it would be able to reduce the healthcare budget as well.

Other than mentioned above, i would love to see several ideas address below would be taken in our budget:

1] More allocations would be allocated to improve public transportation as this area would definitely one of the choices for investors to consider upon if they would like to setup their offices here. We are losing very much productivity as well if continuously commuters going to office stuck in the traffic jam that in return would make investors think Malaysia away from their ideal business destination.

2]Improving infrastructure of rural areas and in balanced with continous development in urban areas to spur economy in widen areas. Government too should addressed the poverty issues in urban areas like by helping them in basic amenities considering the higher costs living regardless of colors, races or religion. Perhaps, it is time to introdue basic minimal wage that would help greatly to over-dependent on immigrants.

3]Government should advised our internet service providers to mark up to standard with the fees that they are charged to users, that most all of us generally unhappy with its quality services. Furthermore, the fees should be straight-forward not like what we are experiencing at moment, by having to pay this kind of amount for registration and some amount for others like upfront payment for example, fees for the modem or broadband itself which confused people alot. By providing faster connectivity with affordable package, it would attract people to subscribe an internet as well for pulling business coming into our nation considering investors would rely heavily on internet for their daily transactions. I would expecting an allocation from Government for this area in order to minimizing the digital gaps between people living in rural and urban area.

4]Our education should be accessible to all range and locations especially in rural areas, especially now our concern is bringing the gap nearer for the lower-middle income to mobilise their income greater in future. The pensioners that still having their kids in university should also be considered to have tax incentives.

5] Our Government are in danger due to solely rely on oil and gas revenues which the natural resource are not inexhaustable that may lead burdening rakyat to acquire it should it be depleted in 2011 like reported. Thus, Government should give incentives to boost findings and innovations to go for an alternative sources as we blessed with natural resources.

Today is the Windows 7 day out!!

All the hyped around with the latest Microsoft' OS,Windows 7 finally come to the end. Or can i say it was just beginning of new chapter?

Vista was so doomed due to unability to match the expectance by techie people as well as normal users.

Windows 7 derived from Vista platform but speedier like Windows XP during startup (due to Microsoft thrown away unnecessary process) plus with other cool features like Aero Snap & ,Libraries,Bitlocker, making Backup & Restore as easier tasks like it was never before and etc, looks like it will eclipsing the famously XP, maybe....

The pricing yet to be announced for Malaysia market but i do hope that it would not be far from affordable prices.

I believed with Windows 7 has fixed the bugs in what Vista had (and rest of history know what happened to overrated Vista, don't we),i guess it would not be long to see it in on every user machines,if only they,Microsoft have thought the right packages comes along with cool features and simplicity to user, then they would not have to wait long to announce their success over the Windows 7 released.

If you are using Win Xp and have intention to turn to Windows 7, there is no way for direct upgrade except to let go your current settings except to do with Clean Installation( if you d not know what i mean, clean means like installing on new system with no operating system). What can you do is to backup all data and then transfer back all data to your newly Windows 7 there. Got what i mean? It will be hassle a bit for XP users but for Vista, you would not have to gone through the same. You need to upgrade directly but the old data and settings can still be remain in new OS.

The great news that i got from Pc.Com magazine US released (not sure whether it will be offered in Malaysia though), Microsoft have offered the lower prices for Familiy Packages (comprises license for 3 machines of Home Premium) for USD149 compared to individual licenses for USD199. Pretty sweet deal, huh?

So far, there will be few editions of Windows 7,varied according to user need, such as Starter, Home Basic,Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate and Enterprise. Well, for home user i would suggest go for Home Premium since i am not sure if Home Basic would be available for Malaysia market since in US, it only has Premium available for home users.

If you would like take glimpses and feel of this newly Microsoft OS, Windows 7, just check it out at Microsoft.com.

video

Aero Shake Features, but to me it would be annoyable enough if you are accidentally shake your mouse. Part from this, i do not really seen any issue with Windows 7. Good job!

Suggestion to save our dire states football league,M-League

Privatised would not solving the issue, the whole aspects need major revamption
I have been compelled to give suggestion on how can we save our own league from not been ruled out to be held in the next season,2010.
FAM have been bold enough by implementing strict requirements for all FAs to take part need to have hefty money in their pocket and deposit for some amount.
Every team would need to have RM2.5m in their pocket while have to deposit RM150k if they would like to compete in Super League while for competing in lower league,Premier League, the teams need to have RM1.5m in their account not to mention RM1ook for the deposit. Not surprising at all, only 4 teams so far have registered for the next season ,Selangor, Johor FC,Johor FA and Majlis Perbandaran Muar(which they will competing in FAM league, 3rd lowest league).
Lets put off the option further to call upon Cigarettes Company to give FAM funds like what they did long time ago,in Semi-Pro period time. What i would like to suggest was in the long run for better future of our own league that lost its prestige and heat everytime the league was initiated.
1] FAM need to become one body that only monitor the league through one private company that they have setup 2 years back, MSL Sdn Bhd. The company should be proactive like use massively mass media to create an awareness of the league so the youngster will turn back to our own league like what happened in my young day, even during school days discussing with alot of domestic league with each of us will saying good of any favourite players and team. I doubt youngsters these days players like baby boomers same age like me knew the likes of Karel Stromsik, Alistair Edwards, Abbas Saad,Mubin Mokhtar, Khairul Azman Mohamad that once been dubbed as one of best three goalkeepers in Asia.
Then, here it goes the intriguing part on how the league should be conducted. If you watch NBA Basketball, surely you know that the league there is divided by regions?
2] Lets take an example,we have West Malaysia and East Malaysia. In each of these two, West Malaysia is divided by Northern,Central,East Coast and Southern Regions. So, all FAs have to collaborate in term of funds to held the league in their respective region.
Here i listed down in details of how it should be conducted according to the region:
I will take an example of Northern Region,it is comprises of Perak,Kedah,Perlis and Penang. So, all the FAs in this region have to share equal funds to held the league and prize for this region only, not FAM to bear the cost. Initially, just limit 2 teams to represent each states which i none of the team in the region will competing teams in other region except if they become champion of its respective region. By doing this way, cost will be cut-off extensively for all FAs for transportation and accommodation that long have haunted each FAs.
If these 4 states represented by 2 team each that means it will have 8 teams in Northern Region League. Take it as round-robin, then in Northern Region itself we already have 16 matches, excluding other regions.
The same goes for another regions. Take another example,Central Region combined with Southern Region. Central like Selangor,Negeri Sembilan combined with Melaka and Johor. Initial states, same like what i have explained as for Northern Region, 2 teams each then in this region will have 16 matches. Let shall not forget, Selangor itself is divided by Federal Territories like Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya which it would added more teams if the league would need to expand its participation.
Can you imagine how many talents that would be unearth if each region we have 16 matches collectively? How much cost that every team can saved from not going far away from their each regions?
Finally, every regional champions will competing based on the draw since we have Northern,Southern+Central, East Coastal and East Malaysia. At this stage, there would not have any round-robins like in earlier stage of each regions. Unlikely in regional stage, here is the FAM responsibility to handle the competition and its prize money and trophy,at this stage only.
3]Create team based on sense of belonging and start from basic.I cannot imagine how can we attract more supporters of KL Plus,or KM Naza for example which do not have sense of belonging except supports were given mainly from their own staff to support the team. Or maybe from the players family? If that is happens, would it be the collection gates is sufficient to fund the whole cost of one team for example?
Would it be better if the team estblished based on districts that surely will bring attract people to support their own city instead nonsence name been given? For example, scrap all FAs team according to the state and put it as district instead example Selangor FC changed to Shah Alam FC. Initially, all major district advisable to inherit players and management from current state's FAs.
FAM still need to implement the money restriction for each team to compete in this newly revamped league so the same old story would not happen again.
FAs that must efficient enough and must spend according to their own budget. It is good to lease venue from school field for an official venue if FAs could not afford to own any land which later if they could use to build the stadium on it. If the FAs own the stadium or mini-stadium, they will get return if their stadium being used for any other occasion for example. But, if does not afford, better use what they can like use school field instead. This what is implemented in UK and Europe, each team own a stadium not the Local Housing Authority own stadium like our current situation here.
4] Put off on foreign players banning and implement 2F+2Y rules for each team. 2F means 2 foreign players and 2y means 2 younsters below 20years old to be played in every team. There is no other way to gain back supporters by bringing back the foreign players and at the same do not deny place for our local youngster place to nurture their skills and flairs with both local and foreign players can get the same benefits from learning skills and techniques from each others. In the end, Malaysia would reap the benefits if glory is redeemed again.
5]Last but not least, conduct more clinics to bring the best of local coach and scouts. I believe like Arsene Wenger says, to bring the best footballer, we need good coach and scouts as well.
6]We have lots of Malaysians staying abroad and they have kids that can play good football too. So why not we keep them communicated so they will have their minds latter to don our proudest own black and yellow stripes jersey.

MCA issue: Lets think in bigger picture, shall we?

One that should be clapping hands, is the culprit of PFKZ fiasco, who else?
If you read theSun dated on Oct 19 in Column Section written by Kee Thuan Chye,(off course it were all f.o.c daily and ubiquitous too),i was being humour here, well back to my point just now, the writer,Mr Kee has urged MCA current President,Dato Seri Ong Tee Keat to uphold to his principle by resigning from his post.
He just simply used the words uttered repeatedly by Ong himself,"A simple majority[on the no-confidence vote] once carried,I will be left with no choice but to bow out and step down. Seriously he wanted Dato Ong to step down badly just because of the simple promise. If that it is, i believe almost of all politicians in Malaysia should steps down from their position,if you know what i meant. Failure to carry task as MP and not simply walk the talk of their own made, Pencapaian Didahulukan, Rakyat Diutamakan" more less precisely say like this "My Profits come first,Rakyat come the last" or in Malay " Untung Saya diutamakan, Rakyat saya fikir kemudian".
He even questioning on why Ong still stalling on to keep his own word with proposed to call for another EGM. I may not a Chinese and nor Ong supporters, but let me tell you one thing, all Malaysians are observing this issue and let me use one your statements here, that nowadays Malaysians are lowering their expectations of the integrity of our politicians which i totally disagree with you.
Let me take the same example given by you,Mr Kee comparing the recent by-election winner in Bagan Pinang,Dato Seri Isa Samad with the breakable promised by Dato Seri Ong Tee Keat. Have you not seen a clear picture here, Mr.Kee?
Comparing two different issue but have similarity in integrity is just the same like you comparing between Lion and Tiger, they are same in term of species but they are different indeed, don't they?
For your information,Isa Samad was suspended due to money politics years back which it means he is corrupted politicians and cannot be tolerate to be given him a second chance at all, and while Ong does not hold his promise to step down from his current post, but does not mean by this simple word that would deleting all his efforts in just one year? Cannot we give this man to finish his unsolved business? I will tell why he has to be at the top post,at least until the next General Election in latter part of my thread here.
I am so attracted to your another beautiful statement, "what means more to me is a man's word and his integrity, That's what separates the men from boys" but i think what makes men difference from boys is his mind and intelligence to know which one is good or bad to be taken in the situation like this.
We call it as conscience,Mr Kee, and a boy like me(though now i am 26,but i understand what does Mr Kee written by men and boy here) i would love to guide men like you who always think in bigger picture but missed out some importance element here, that we all will be losing except the culprit of PKFZ fiasco, who is now clapping while laughing out loud on what is happening now.
Let us do not forget that boy like me have awaited politician like him mooted on transparency, accountability andanti-corruptions besides of being committed in the portfolio that been given to him (as a proof that he always spare his hectic time to check himself on how can he improved the communities with transportations issue that we all moaning) than other politicians who always quarelling on which is the legal government in one state,(oh,do i need to mention the state, anyone?)
If he,Dato Ong steps down, i doubt there will be another politician like him that bold enough to not being popular by unearthing the truth of biggest scandal of the year, the PKFZ fiasco. I am quite sure, if he does it, the PKFZ issue would be swept under carpet like how the case of Nur Azlin, like the case of 32 crack pillars along MRR2 stretch, and how Government gives and signed contract to Highway Concessionaires that eventually the rakyat have to take its toll of their action,to name a few?
Do we still remember all these? I am almost believe that how easily we forget all these and keep forgiving while the stories will still be the same, again and again. Rakyat takes the burdened but the culprit ran away just like that.
Again,it would another blow for Malaysians money that do not really know how and where all multi billions of their tax money gone to.
Finally, if Dato Ong steps down, will it solve all the rifts in MCA? Mr Kee,please answer it.
Let this boy answer it for you, the answer is no,not at all, and it does not mean i was agreed with Dato Ong with calling upon another EGM either. Looks like someone has to interfere if MCA still wanted to become relevant still before the next General Election that is not long way to go.

MCA's EGM: New drama, yet they need to resolve it quickly

3rd force taken an advantage in EGM

Ong Tee Keat, current MCA president and Transport Ministry

Dr Chua Soi Lek

Liow Tiong Lai, MCA vice-president and Health Minister

What a dramatic results delivered in MCA's EGM on Saturday, neither Ong Tee Keat nor Dr.Chua Soi Lek won the heart of many of MCA members.

The 3 resolutions out of 5 before 2 being dropped out were:

1] The members have no confidence in the leadership of Ong Tee Keat
Adopt : 1155 Reject:1141

2]Accepting the recommendation of disciplinary board to not expel or suspend Dr Chua
Adopt : 1204 Reject: 1095

3]Reinstate Dr Chua as MCA deputy president
Adopt:1110 Reject:1184

The shocked decision in my opinion came from 3rd force try to manipulate the situation which is the best from them, and looks like Liow Tiong Lai (most bottom photos), the candidate that all people talked about at the moment to take the presidential seat if the fresh election happen soon.

Many retired MCA or even top post members in MCA i believe are scared that any of their wrongdoings could be revealed by Ong Tee Keat if he still held in his helm.

Ironically, he is the president of MCA from fair and just fresh election one year ago, and now they are trying to topple this integrity man.

The big fiasco of PKFZ unearth by Ong himself surely makes all defaulters could not sit tightly and i think they are almost there since to topple Ong Tee Keat need two third from delegates votes, but sooner or later the fresh election is going to their way.

I could understand of rejecting Chua Soi Lek from reinstating him as deputy president and let him alone as members clearly indicates to him and any other tainted ministers not just in MCA but still serving in our country that we do not want them in our community.

But, whatever happens now, to me,MCA need to resolve it quicky the dramatic results here if they would like to succeed in the next general election.

They are the biggest Chinese-based party and if they failed now, it could be severe loss not to Chinese but for the coalition part,Barisan Nasional as well that may hamper their chance to win big in the next general election.

Wan Kuzain Wan Kamal, another young wizard in the making

Hope you can don our proud black and yellow jersey when you grow up,young boy !

American born Malaysian
Name: Wan Kuzain Wan Kamal
Date of Birth: September 14, 1998

Football (soccer) wonder kid.
Possesses great skills, passing, and speed.
Loves the game. Looking to have a future in the game.
Plays in the United States.
Is feared by all he plays. Well known football (soccer) star in the Midwest of the United States.

video

Nah,look at the evidence i took from youtube.Just click the play button, make sure you prepared for an amazement

Below here is an article,i have quoted from MalayMail

It is surely unfair for a boy his age to shoulder such a responsibility but Wan Kuzain Wan Kamal is a shining beacon who could dignify the tattered image of Malaysian football.

At a single glance, the American-born Malaysian, who is just 11, would remind many of a younger Lionel Messi. His bouncy straight hair, his body frame, his mesmerising ball skills, his potent left foot and the No 10 jersey are just the attributes which could turn him into an outstanding player. And even surpass our own, late Mokhtar Dahari. Despite his age, Wan Kuzain is already making waves in the United States.

Born in Illinois, he currently plays as a striker attacking midfielder for SISC/Force soccer club, where he is the club’s all-time leading goalscorer. For all his extraordinary feats, it is no surprise that Wan Kuzain is considered one of the most skillful, creative and dynamic attacking players at his club, let alone the country.

Such is the hype, there’s even a footage of the wonderkid strutting his stuff on YouTube (type Malaysian Wonder Kid). The lad is certainly getting instant and deserved recognition as his video has recorded 13,000 hits.

Clearly, with his vast potential, Wan Kuzain has the world at his feet. With the emergence of Malaysia’s latest prodigy, the limelight is also on other potential football stars who are based abroad.

Another Talisman is in making or would he be like another talents drain?

Teenager Tam Sheang Tsung is the first Malaysia to make the grade in the J-League, getting a deal with Yokohama FC’s youth team

This news i got from TheStar, reported by Tan Karr Wei that give me mixful feeling on whether to cheer on or sober over another wasteful talents if he chosed to represent Japan rather than to his own native land.

Does our football authority,FAM aware of this and would try to win his heart to don national jersey?
Tam looking good to make the news in the J-League
DREAMS do come true if you work hard enough to make it in football — whether home or abroad. Last month, a 13-year-old Malaysian boy living in Japan was picked to play for the Yokohama FC Under-15 team. Tam Sheang Tsung, who is currently a Form 1 student in Ginza Junior High School in Chuo-ku in Tokyo got to know about his selection into the team on Feb 16.

His mother Ang Hui Chin, 41, said that he was spotted by Sports Network Japan, one of the agencies for the Japanese Olympic Commitee and the Japanese Football Association.

“They were head-hunting to train potential sportsmen between 12 and 15 to undergo intensive training in preparation for the 2016 Olympics under the Japan League clubs,” said Ang, who has been living in Japan for almost 15 years and runs the Rasa Malaysian Cuisine Restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo with her husband Tam Yun Tong.

Tam was born and raised in Tokyo. The lad has a keen command of the Japanese and Mandarin languages.

Ang said that Tam had impressed the talent scouts when he captained the Narimasugaoka Primary School team to a silver medal in the West Tokyo Tournament.

Tam, who is a big fan of English Premier League team Chelsea, has been playing football since he was seven and lists Frank Lampard as his idol.

While he usually plays as a midfielder, he is also comfortable taking up multi-positions in the game.

Tam Sheang Tsung, the first Malaysian to be recruited into the JLeague
Division 2 Yokohama FC Under-15 team, is no stranger to the
hard training regime.

“I used to train from 7am to 8am before school and resume training at 4pm,” said Tam.

With his inclusion in the Yokohama FC team, his schedule will be even more hectic, having to rush for training with the team on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 10pm at a venue about 40km from Tokyo and playing in matches on the weekends.

The Japanese system has moulded Tam into an independent and disciplined footballer because even in primary school, parents were not allowed to send their children to the training field, let alone accompany them while training.

His passion for the game continues off the field and he enjoys watching BPL, Bundesliga and Serie A matches.

While Ang hopes to see her son playing for the national team before he turns 20, Tam seemed to more inclined towards European football.

“I hope to follow the footsteps of the Japanese senior players and play in European clubs,” said Tam.

Yokohama FC is currently in the Division 2 of the J-League, finishing 10th during the 2008 season.

Following the socio model used by FC Barcelona, the Fulie Sports Club created Yokohama FC in 1999, the first professional sports team in Japan owned and operated by its supporters. Former German World Cup star Pierre Littbarski had two stints as the club’s manager.

As a high point, the club spent one season in the J-League in 2007 but was relegated with five games to spare.

Bagan Pinang By-Election Preview & Comment by Me

I felt unsure by BN's nominate the one who does not hold high integrity as incumbent to contest in Bagan Pinang by-election,regardless what have mass media and even high post ministries like YAB Muhyiddin Yassin's statements over and over on why Isa Samad been chosed.

Many know that Isa Samad was a former Negeri Sembilan MB and is suspended from UMNO memberships due to money politizing to win the votes over others during UMNO internal election for high post few years back.

So does picking tainted incumbent to contest in Bagan Pinang will worth it all for BN like what they did the same in Manek Urai,Kelantan?

I will say yes, for the by-election but not for the next general election, i would like to remind Government to consider a lot especially involving one nation's interest. People are aware and measuring of each action now to choose who they will vote for the next general election. To me, politicians apart of capable and talented, must also uphold morality especially like i emphasized earlier, involving people's interests.

How about the same tainted image but different caused of MCA politicians,Dr.Chua Soi Lek infamous sex scandals to battle against current MCA's leader YAB Dato Seri Ong Tee Keat eviction over him in upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) this 10th October?

If Chua will be reinstate him as Deputy President despite his sex scandals involvement, and Ong is defeated over pass a vote of no confidence against him, it will turn an upheaval to MCA and its coalition as well,Barisan Nasional (BN) to overcome Pakatan Rakyat in the next general election whether you would like to believe it or not.
