FIFA Rankings:Malaysia climbed higher

Moved to 151th from 160th

Standings amongst Asian regions, look we are climbing up!

There was double joy for Malaysia camp apart of convincing 3-0 win to Vietnam U-23 when FIFA has released the updates on their standings yesterday evening.

Malaysia were 160th in standings but with recent matches in their belt, including friendlies against Pakistan (we won 4-1) before Merdeka Tournament accumulately collects 43 points to spring them up higher in table. However,Malaysia are still behind of Thai(116), Indonesia(132) and Singapore (136), perhaps it will gives another more loop if Malaysia can beat all these top 3 in Southeast Asia regions during AFF Suzuki Cup.

There's still much more works for Sathia and co to make Malaysia football shines again and be in as one of powerhouse in Southeast Asia if not in Asia yet. The platform for his boys is the upcoming AFF Suzuki, the only way to silence critics to the beleaguered Malaysia football scenes.

I believe, we can make it by youth development and reshuffle the management of FAM and FA states, as one of the reasons that we are lagging behind and little improvement even after pro league has been introduced.
